Trust Has A Very Clear Goal

To provide your team with the structure, process, and tools to accelerate your growth, reach, and impact.

Deepen your climate action, sustainability, and social justice impact.

Dallase Scott

I am the proud founder and principal of Trust.

It is easy to be driven exclusively by a fixed goal or destination. We become obsessed with checking the boxes, reaching the organizational metrics, delivering the product. As a long time strategic planner for institutions of higher learning, mission-driven organizations, and for-profit entities alike, I have often seen well-meaning teams hinder their own good work by only focusing on the end goal and not examining their pathway to success.

Trust is about how we choose to work together in a healthy, productive, and honest way; about where we want to be when goals are reached, and fostering the lasting relationships necessary for the interdependencies of climate justice work.

Welcome to Trust!

Let’s Connect

  • “Dallase has brought a unique combination of talents to this work – strong technical expertise; great process and project management skills; and very artful and engaging facilitation – not to mention a great sense of humor! You usually don’t get all these skills in the same consultant. She has significantly accelerated our work and we wouldn’t be where we are without her help.”

    — John Cleveland, Executive Director, Boston Green Ribbon Commission

  • “I think that I can best speak to the high-value Dallase has provided in the facilitation of projects that are high profile and require delicate stakeholder engagement. Having Dallase support initiative development that required multiple layers of stakeholders, with varying priorities and visions, was instrumental in ensuring the collaborative approach and buy-in required to make implementation and operations successful.”

    — Jessica Berry, Director for the Office of Sustainability, Brown University

  • “I got exactly what I needed, and what was promised, in terms of strategic planning, workshop structures, and facilitation tools. Dallase was thorough and specific, and wound up becoming a resource I felt I could draw upon.”

    — Sandra Goldmark, Director of Campus Sustainability and Climate Action, Barnard College

  • “When my college sustainability internship program needed to quickly pivot from in-person to remote experiences as COVID- 19 escalated, Dallase came on board as a key partner in a successful transition. My experience with her as the program administrator was that of a clear communicator, a creative thinker, and someone who leveraged her own diverse experiences and understanding of the human psyche to understand and execute on my goals for the program. She helped to transform what might otherwise have been isolated work projects into a shared experience of teamwork and community.”

    — Yancey Fouché, MS, ISSP-SA Director of Sustainability, Davidson College

  • “Thank you again for all of your amazing work on this project. Everyone was very complimentary of your value at the retreat, and really appreciated the balance you struck between pushing us along and letting issues air.”

    — Catherine Corson Leslie & Sarah Miller, Director of the Miller Worley Center for the Environment

  • “Dallase is a great facilitator and project manager/lead who understands sustainability challenges of organizations and institutions.”

    — Meghan Fay Zahniser, Executive Director, Association for the Advancement of Higher Education
